CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens! We understand that things may change from the time you place an order to the time your items ship. Here is our cancellation policy:
  • For all cancellations, there is a 20% cancellation fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange or accept a gift card instead. We are not held responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control.

    RETURN POLICY While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

    • Returns on unworn, unused items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!

    • If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though!

    • Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
    • Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method (Original payment method is subject to a 20% fee deducted from the return)

    • A 10% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns (with the exception of damaged shipments.) A return label can be provided for an additional cost.

    • Please note items bought with a coupon code, sale items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. 

      FINAL SALE include, but are not limited to:

      • Any Food Products (ie, snacks, treats, candy, popcorn, etc). Different climates can alter the state of your food products. We are not responsible for changes of the food due to temperature fluctuations.
      • Jewelry, including bracelets, earrings, and necklaces

      • Blind Boxes, Mystery Figures, and Funko Pop Vinyls

      • Headbands, including Minnie Ears

    • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

    • To initiate a return, please email nina@runitgraphicsdesign.com We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form

    • Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form, We promise we send them quickly! We've got you! 

    • Send back returns promptly! Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Form.

    • Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.

    • Sezzle/Afterpay Users - Keep reading for our Sezzle Policies

    SEZZLE/AFTERPAY AS PAYMENT METHOD Sezzle is a great way to buy now and pay later - Pay in four over 6 weeks with 0% interest! Minimum order required for Sezzle is $35. Our return policy above applies with a few exceptions:

    • When Sezzle/Afterpay is used for the payment method, cancellations and returns can only be issued as store credit.
    • If an item is canceled or returned, you will still need to continue making the payments you agreed to with Sezzle/Afterpay

    • The full order amount will be applied to your account and available to use anytime!

    DEFECTS AND DAMAGES Quality is important to us! We do our best to inspect every item that we ship out, however, we are only human and may miss something! Follow these guidelines to ensure your items arrive in tip top shape!

    • Inspect your items upon arrival! Check to be sure all elements are functioning as they should - open, close, zip, unzip, extend, adjust, clip, unclip, stretch, flip, snap, to name a few. Your item might not do all these things so please only test for things appropriate to your items!
    • Damage and defect claims are accepted within 5 days from receipt of item.

    • Tags must be attached and the item must be in new, unused, unworn condition.

    • To initiate a damaged or defective claim, please email nina@runitgraphicsdesign.com We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form.

    • Damages and defects are eligible for a full return to the original payment method.

    • Send back damages promptly! Damaged items must be received within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Form.

    • Once an item has been used, we can no longer accept it back under damages and defects. There are too many variables that come into play regarding how an item is used, stored, and handled that can affect the quality and life of the items. 

    Preorder Policy

    Preorders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a preorder item, you will be charged at time of purchase.

    Request Return Label

    To initiate your return, contact us and provide us with your order number and account information. You have the option to send yourself or request a return label. Please note, if using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Once you receive your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

    Refunds (If Applicable) 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and/or stuffing attached. Items not in this condition may not be accepted. We may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, used, missing tags and stuffing.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

    Damaged/Defective Product (If Applicable)

    If your product has been damaged from the factory or if the product is defective, we will gladly replace the item if Run It Graphics & Desgin has the product in stock. An order # is required for all exchanges. For damaged/defective product, we can provide a replacement if we receive your item back within 30 days of the customer receiving the damaged/defective product.

    Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Lost or Stolen Packages (If Applicable)

    Run It Graphics & Design cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with the carrier to report your lost shipment.

    Sale Items (If Applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (If Applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items purchased from Run It Graphics & Design are eligible for exchanges within first 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.     If needed, we can provide a return label. Please note if using our label that cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
