Shipping Policy
SHIPPING Guidelines we ship by

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, shipping may occasionally take up to 10 business days.

Once a label is printed, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update from the carrier.

We do not ship to freight forward businesses or individuals. If you place an order using this service, it is your responsibility to reach out for a refund. There will be a 20% fee. If an order has been shipped using a freight forwarding company we no longer accept any responsibility for that shipment.

Orders containing a preorder item will ship when the entire order is in stock and ready to ship. (For a $10 split shipping fee, we can ship available items now - please email at info@threelittlemingos.com)

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs

Once we have your order packaged, we will calculate the exact shipping cost, less any shipping already paid, and send an invoice via Paypal or the balance.

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% fee.

Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 30 days and the order will be refunded with a 20% fee.
INTERNATIONAL To our friends up North in Canada

We ship internationally to Canada only.

The customer is responsible for any additional international shipping costs (including prepaid duties and taxes when applicable)

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Ruh Roh!

For packages that arrive damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at nina@runitgraphicsdesign.com

If your tracking information has not updated or appears to have stalled (ie, no movement in over a week), please contact us at nina@runitgraphicsdesign.com

We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen when the tracking information shows them as delivered. You can reach out to the carrier for more information on delivery. However, we are unable to file a claim for packages marked as delivered.
